Insurance and billing
Most vaccines are covered at no out-of-pocket cost through Medicare Part B or D and commercial insurance. Bring your insurance card and photo ID.
Records and reporting
Every dose is reported to the New York State Immunization Information System, and we provide a printed record for your files and your physician.
